Rogelio Delgado, Jr., appeals from a circuit court order affirming the decision of the City of Milwaukee Employees Retirement System/Annuity and Pension Board discontinuing Delgados duty disability benefits. Delgado contends that the circuit court and the Board erred in eliminating his benefits because there was no "substantial evidence" to support the decision and because he continues to suffer from posttraumatic stress disorder rendering him unable to return to work. Because the Boards decision is supported by substantial credible evidence, we affirm.
